Shows the port of Melbourne full of ships. Pencilled MS notes name ships, landmarks etc
Inscriptions: Recto - bottom right - on a barrel, floating in the harbour: W F E Liardet delt. 1862. Also ship names inscribed in ink along the base of the image below the name of the relevant ship
One of the ships is described as the Donald McKey. This is correctly Donald McKay. The ship names are hand-written below the image
