Shows street layout and sections ready for houses to be built. Original Evening Post caption reads: 'Eighty-eight sections, ranging in price from £1000 to £1850, in the Southgate subdivision, Island Bay. The City Council has prepared sections ready to take a house, has built wide, sweeping roads and installed all services underground - there will be no overhead wires - and now is calling for applications from people who would like to build there.'
