Survey map for the subdivision of two residential lots, a residual block of over four acres, and a roadside dedication, on the west side of the Porirua Levin state highway at Raumati. The land is described as drained peat swamp, with stabilized sand dunes near the road. A house is drawn on lot 3. The final plan for the two residential lots, dated June 1951, was deposited in July 1952 (DP 15722).
