Description

Caricatures of flies and other insects and the annoyance they cause humans. A starving spider, a failed fly-trap, a man wearing pomade on his hair and being bothered by flies, a man swearing at flies and attempting to drive them away with his newspaper, "the man who only feels inclined to swear" - a parson constrained by his calling despite the annoyance of insects; "ye colleagues" - the flies fellows, a mosquito and another small devil-shaped stinging insect.
