Drawn on a published map, annotations depict boundaries of Wharepapa, Parawera, Rato-o-Rangi and Kakepuku road districts, as well as the Mangahoe and the Upper Mangapiko Drainage District. Also shows the northern part of the Mangaorongo Road District.
The annotated areas of the map appear to have been cut out and attached to the base map, using sellotape and glue.
