This cartoon features ramifications of PM Kirk cancelling the 1973 Springbok Tour. In the first scene he is slamming the door on the Springbok Tour. The injured Rugby Union then gives an IOU to Kirk for loss of takings. In the final scene a Wellington rugby supporter is demanding a refund from the Wellington RFU for loss of games.
