Description

Letters written by Joseph Frederick Cody to his wife, Ita, while at Trentham Military Camp from 1940 to 1941, with corrected typescript transcription; Cody described his daily life in the camp the training he underwent, the personnel, his various jobs, their diet, the arrival at camp of two cats; he also asks Ita to put various items in the `Glory Box'. It is no known who did the transcripts.
