Top left of the carton reads 'Oh dear! Harbour Board offers to run Wellington airport if Council loses control.' A little old lady who is trying to remove her luggage from a luggage trolley on the airport tarmac is being scolded by a scruffy 'wharfie' who has his arm propped up on the trolley and is drinking a cup of tea. He has a bale hook hanging out of his trouser pocket. In the background an aircraft is tied up to a bollard and 'anchored' to the ground.
