Description

Finance Minister, Bill English, leans back comfortably cushioned by wads of banknotes, and raises his glass of wine, as he confidently voices confusion about whether he lives in Wellington or Dipton. Refers to the fact that Bill English used nearly $1000 a week of taxpayer money to finance the mortgage on his family home in Karori while insisting that his real family home was in Dipton.
