Addresses our response to domestic violence and how we should respond more effectively, and the need for a comprehensive approach to domestic violence in the Family Court, not only for applicants for protection orders but for all users of the Family Court. Asks whether we could be doing more to help those who might commit suicide because of the position they find themselves in as a result of domestic violence. Refers to the Domestic Violence (Enhancing Safety) Bill which comes into force 1 Jul 2010.
