He comments 'Because snogging a cute blonde does not constitute a potential criminal or terrorist act, and you weren't being secretly filmed by the police...' Context: Mike Tindall, who is a member of the English rugby team in New Zealand for the Rugby World Cup, was secretly filmed fondling a blond in a bar and the film was put on YouTube. This caused a scandal which resulted in Zara Phillips coming to New Zealand sooner than she had expected to. The man reading the newspaper is referring to the row over the secret filming by the police of suspects during the Urewera raids in 2009.
