Description: Interviews with six long-term members of the Tararua Tramping Club who reminisce about their experiences in the Club. The interviews cover their experiences tramping, mountaineering and skiing in New Zealand and overseas, as well as roles in the Club. The interviewees are Ian Baine, Frank Fitzgerald, Margaret Foden, John Gates, Maurice Perry and Beryl Wood. Other - The interviews were recorded on digital video casettes. The interviewer created edited masters from the field recordings (with minimal editing and the addition of photographs), and also provided listening/viewing copies of the edited masters on DVDs (PAL format).
