Description: Records include rules, membership applications 1906-1913 and roll for 1912, outward letterbook 1909-1911, miscellaneous correspondence 1913-1917, financial records 1907-1914, press clippings, and files re tournaments held which include personal entry forms, lists of events and results, and lists of donations, for period 1908-1918 Source of title - Supplied Club was formed in 1906 to foster all amateur sports in the Public Service. It was affliated to the New Zealand Amateur Athletics Association. Members of the Club had to be amateurs according to the definition of the NZAAA, and had to be members of the Public Service of NZ. The committee was comprised of representatives from government departments, and departments were asked to help raise funds.
