Description: Transparency slides of Mr E G Williams' (Edmund Gardner Williams'). Purchased slides of New Zealand birds, their nests and eggs; and one of an Australian rosella. These are followed by photographs taken on a trip to Brisbane. The images of New Zealand birds are part of a series produced by Kiwi Colour Slides. Slides on this sheet are numbered 746-897, with nos. 756 to 825 (all on Australia) removed for a lecture series which Mr Williams gave when he returned to England. Those removed are filed in a later sequence. Arrangement: Mr Williams transferred slides (nos. 756-824) to create a representative collection on Australia which he used in lecture series on his return to England.
