Booksellers, stationers and printers, of 202 Lambton Quay, Wellington. The firm began as Ferguson & Hicks, and sometimes used that name in published books, up until around 1920. Hwever, a notice in the Evening Post, 2 September 1912, announces the dissolution of the partnership, with Edwin Hicks returing through ill-health. His place was taken in the partnership, by Walter John Osborn. The imprint of Ferguson & Osborn was being used from then until around 1980.
