St. Mark's Church (Wellington, N.Z.)

Anglican church, part of the Wellington Diocese, located in Dufferin Street (by Basin Reserve), which was founded in 1874 as an extension of St Peter's parish, and was built in 1876. A bell tower and baptistry was added in 1888. The church and surrounding buildings were demolished in the early 1960s to make way for the present church and hall, which was designed by J H Hall-Kenney and Partners.
