The label states that the products of the company have won sixty awards, and that this product is "guaranteed perfectly pure of the finest material and free from all sinews and indigestable matter". Company logo at the left shows St George on horseback slaying a dragon. The word "German sausage" appears on an ornately bordered scroll. Description: The KCMG medal is an enamelled seven-point star with an enameled central circular image of St George on horseback fighting a dragon. The Star and Badge of the Order feature the cross of St George, the Order's motto, and a central image of the archangel St Michael holding a flaming sword and trampling upon Satan. Sir H F O'Leary was appointed chief justice of New Zealand on 12 August 1946 and in 1947 was made a KCMG. Quantity: 1 curio(s). Physical Description: Two gold, silver and enamel medals, one a star-badge of diameter 80 mm, and the KCMG of diameter 60 mm, suspended from gold crown and ribbon. Description: Two medals designed by William McMillan: the British War Service medal 1920, and the Victory medal 1919. The British War Medal is silver and shows the head of King George V on the obverse and St George on horseback crushing the shield of the German eagle. The rim is inscribed: 3/3576 Pte. J L Moore, N.Z.E.F. The Victory medal is yellow bronze and shows Athene Nike or Victory on the obverse, and a wreath on the reverse, with the words: The Great War for Civilisation 1914-1919.
