Date and identification of the original rubber stamp established from Judith Binney's "Mihaia the prophet" (1979), pages 63 and 65 (pages included with item). Accompanying slip of paper has name and address: Auckland Typographical Services Ltd, 83 Airedale St, Auckland. Ph 32-369 / 770-316.
