In the top right scene two men are suggesting to Muldoon that he will require an armed guard when he returns from overseas trips because he will be carrying large amounts of foreign currency. Refers to overseas borrowing by the government. In the lower left scene security officers are dressed as bee-keepers 'in case swarms of protesters descend on the Beehive'. In the lower right scene Muldoon is sitting at his desk as his secretary announces that there is a deputation wanting to know if a security package is being prepared for the country outside parliament to protect them against what goes on inside parliament and the Beehive.
