Description: Cartoon by Ronald Edwin Kennedy depicting a church minister and a woman carrying a handbag queueing to see a film at a cinema. The minister turns and says to the woman "And there's one scene of full frontal nudity as he peels a banana...". On the wall next to them an advertising poster for the film being shown reads "Gregory Groin's Kinky Kong with Roger Lodger and Morphine Sue" with a picture of "King Kong" climbing a skyscraper. The poster includes an R16 rating and a quote from the "Sunday News" which reads "Everything I ever want to know about the sex life of the gorilla". At the box office around the corner a small boy reaches up to pay the cashier leaning out of the kiosk. Title caption reads "On film censorship". Description: Shows Rowling and four of his colleagues standing in front of a projector screen. As the title "A Modern Whodunnit. The Economy..." flashes up, Rowling shouts out" Cut! Cut!. Later, Rowling explains that the film had to be banned because of its contents. Refers to the Film Censorship Bill making political censorship possible and to politicians' cynicism about giving the public information about the economy.
