Includes diary notes and watercolours of Lucerne, Venice, Lugano (4 views), Bellagio (3 views), Venice (San Marco, Rialto Bridge, Grand Canal, various buildings, the Doge's palace and other views, Florence (the Arno with various bridges, the Palazzo Vecchio and general views, Rome with a view of the entrance to the Botanical Gardens, the Piazza del Popolo, the Forum, the Ponte Molle and St Peter's, then on return to England, a view east along the Thames Embankment, including St Paul's in April 1885 and a view of Portsmouth with Bembridge Fort and H.
