Description: Cyclists, wearing very brief and revealing 'stubby' shorts. run to the a 'Hard Rock Cafe', which displays a policy of not allowing patrons to wear lycra shorts. One exclaims 'Right everyone...Who needs lycra when we can wear stubbies!' The Castle Rock Cafe in Heathcote, Christchurch announced in September 2013 that it preferred people dressed normally, meaning no Lycra cycling and athletic costuming. This offended some of Canterbury's cyclists who considered the stance anti-cycling and disrespectful. As they pointed out, there were items of clothing more revealing than lycra...
