Description: Shows female figure (Zealandia?) partially draped in New Zealand flag,before a montage of New Zealand scenes including Maori whare and canoes, sailing ship and steamship in harbour, woodpigeon and tui on pohutukawa, kowhai, with clematis, manuka, and a kiwi in centre foreground. Edges are a frame of Maori carving and patterns. Certifies that G McGregor participated in the centennial celebrations on 18 January 1940. Inscriptions: Recto - bottom right - L. C.
