Refers to a park bench outside a popular cafe on High Street in Christchuch, where an unknown person added a plaque that reads, "This park bench is dedicated to the memory of Gerry Brownlee who hates Christchurch and everyone in it." The plaque was removed, however, another plaque appeared with the same message, except in memory of Tony Marryatt. Brownlee is Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery. Marryatt served as CEO of Christchurch City Council from 2007 to 2013.
