Description: Certificate with elaborate border and masthead. The Royal Black Institution was founded in Ireland in 1797 to propagate the Protestant Faith. In 2002, it had chapters in many parts of the world, including eight Preceptories in New Zealand, all reporting directly to the Provincial Grand Black Chapter of New Zealand. Quantity: 1 certificate.
