Elsom, Jonathan, 1939?-

New Zealand actor, working mainly in Britain. Son of Stephen and Vy Elsom of Christchurch. In 1958 he was a member of the University of Canterbury Drama Society. In 1959 he was librettist for Barry Anderson's opera `Maui'.
