Straitjacket Fits (Musical group)

New Zealand band from Dunedin formed in 1986. Members included founding member Shayne Carter, vocals, guitar; David Wood, bass; John Collie, drums, percussion; and Andrew Brough, vocals, guitar. Brough left the band in 1991 and was replaced by Mark Petersen. Signed with Flying Nun in 1987. Disbanded in 1994 and inducted into the New Zealand Music Hall of Fame in 2008.
