Some stages of processing included digitisation of the recordings on these open reels. Further work to enhance descriptive records using information given by the donor and information gleaned during digitisation was done from 2017. Processing of this collection is happening on an ongoing basis. Where paper sheets were found in audiotape boxes these have been rehoused separately for conservation reasons, and described with a folder item record.
