Operating in Dunedin. Two branches in 1884, at George Street and Princes Street, managed by John Wills. Hugh Mark Morris worked at the George Street gallery as a photographic printer (Otago Witness, 12 April 1884, p12). Exhibited at the Dunedin Exhibition 1889/90 - see Otago Witness, 16 January 1890, p20, 20 February 1890, p19. "Auckland Through a Victorian Lens", p16, says successively managed by J G Wills and W R Frost. According to the Otago Witness, 16 January 1890, p20, Wills managed the company " which has been established for about 8 years in this city". In 1896 the company donated a prize in the Otago Cycling Club's billiard tournament (Otago Witness, 18 June 1896, p37).
