Description

Photographs taken by Lee Switzer circa 1981 and developed in 2002, showing a police car escorting a 'Women on the move' jogger group and their supporters through the streets of Wellington, where they are met by an opposing group flying the banner 'There is no peace for women' beneath Richard Seddon's statute on the steps of Parliament. Images include gathered supporters of both groups, and media reporters interviewing joggers after the event.

Eight photographs include images of ships docked at Lambton Harbour, Wellington.
