Description

Shows a kererū (New Zealand wood pigeon) sitting on top of the statue of Richard Seddon in Parliament Grounds. The Beehive is visible in the background. Refers to controversy over kererū being served at a hui attended by a number of government ministers. Note from the cartoonist states: 'It is revealed that cabinet ministers ate the protected native wood pigeon when visiting a marae in 2013'.
