- Description
Shows Wellington Hospital, with clouds, trees and the Beehive in the background. A sign outside the hospital reads 'INGTON HOSPITAL' because the 'WELL' has fallen off. Refers to the attempt by the Capital and Coast District Health Board to persuade second time mothers with the offer of a $100 voucher, to leave the hospital within six hours. This notion was not put into practice because of the public outcry.
