Wellington scenes in the Pigeon Park and Te Aro areas

Frames 1 and 2 show a young couple on a seat in Pigeon Park, with a man (possibly a counsellor or police) talking to them. Frames 3 to 7 were also taken in Pigeon Park showing a group of gang members lounging on the grass. Two young Māori are crossing Manners Street away from James Smith's corner in frame 8. Two young men are sitting on the top step of the entrance to the Bank of New Zealand Te Aro Branch in Manners Street in frames 10 and 11. A young family are walking the road, possibly in Victoria Street. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
