Description

Next to Waken is a jar of "Ministerial titbits for good media dogs'. Accompanying note from the cartoonist reads, 'Ombudsman Dame Beverley Wakem reviews OIAs. Tells media they are like rottweilers on heat and that if they behaved more nicely they might get more information. Even though this is official information and should be available on request.
