Depicts Prime Minister John Key looking at frogs in a blender labelled 'apology'. Peruvians and Bolivians blend frogs as an 'Andean stress relief' tonic. Refers to Key's refusal to apologise to Labour's Phil Goff after the Inspector General of Intelligence and Security's report found Key's staff and the SIS did not 'maintain political neutrality' in their involvement in the OIA request by Whaleoil blogger Cameron Slater which was used to smear Goff.
