Photograph album relating to Dr Christopher Kirk's visit to Thailand, between 1962-1964, when he was working with the New Zealand Mobile Medical Unit. Kirk was one of five men put forward by SEATO member countries to the Thai-SEATO Regional Community Development Technical Assistance Centre in Ubol, Thailand. He was sent by New Zealand. Photographs taken by Kirk.
The album is labelled as belonging to Kirk's wife Gwendoline, and she may have compiled it. Images have typed captions.
Images are primarily images of local people going about their lives.
