The second man points to his computer screen which has the news headline "Sure... white-collar criminals". Refers to convicted fraudster Michael Swann, who spent four years in jail for defrauding the Otago District Health Board of $16.9 million, and was paroled on 31 July to live in Banks Peninsula.
