- Description
A parody of the cartoon Peanuts, captioned 'With apologies to Charles Schulz'. Snoopy sits on a dog house labelled GCSB and wears headphones. He says to the bird Woodstock: "Whadya mean "Snoopy"? This is for your own good!" The cartoonist puns on the allegations of 'snooping' in relation to the Government Communications Security Bureau, who conduct surveillance activities, including on New Zealand citizens, in the interests of public and state security. The dog Snoopy and his friend Woodstock were famous cartoon strip characters created by Charles Schulz.
