Shows Prime Minister John Key leaning against a lamp post and whistling while a dog urinates against the post. The lamp post is fitted with various surveillance devices, including CCTVs, audio recorders and sound booms. Refers to widespread concern over the increase in government surveillance and legislative changes supporting the increase. Wider context may also include concerns over international surveillance conducted under the Five Eyes agreement.
