Shows a stereotypical librarian, with a bun and glasses, at a computer, growling. Near her, two women sit and chat, and on another sofa, a man sits alone, trying to ignore the women near him and read his book. The librarian comes storming over to them, and instead of telling the women to be quiet, she approaches the silent man and tells him that he's causing trouble for the library by not making enough noise, and showing that he's actually using the library. The man looks shocked, and the two women comment on his lack of consideration. A newspaper headline reads, 'Library patronage dropping'.
