Depicts a man standing by and watching as a soldier is under a tank fixing it's armour in case of "...investigative journalists". The tank is labelled 'NZ Defence Force'. Refers to evidence provided by Journalist Nicky Hagar that the New Zealand Army received help from American spy agencies to spy on freelance Journalist Jon Stephenson while he was reporting on the war in Aghanistan. A leaked army security manual reveals journalists were seen as "hostile individuals" and to be treated as subversives (see Dominion Post 30 July 2013).
