Shows a figure representing the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the world governing body for cycling, pushing Lance Armstrong down to the bottom of a cliff, falling past layers of rock representing each of the seven years in a row that he won the Tour de France. UCI stripped Armstrong of his titles after it was revealed that he had used illegal performance enhancing drugs, and created 'the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen.'
