Prime Minister John Key and Minister of Finance Bill English stand on top of the Beehive and shout at a struggling line of people down below. Key shouts 'Onwards and upwards' and English yells through a megaphone 'Fewer, faster, better'. Context: Refers to New Zealand's currant economic climate. There is a push to slim down the public service by cutting services and jobs. There is also a determination to get people off benefits and into work. There is criticism about insufficent numbers of jobs and a lack of emphasis on job creation.
