'The Politician' cartoon strip. The secretary introduces the farmer angry about having to microchip his dog. The farmer lets fly, yelling at the Minister to get in behind and calling him a mangy mutt. The dog which has been trying to make friends with the Minister, falls over in astonishment but is reassured when the farmer orders him behind in much milder tones.
