Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark, at the Otara markets with John Tamihere, Labour member for Hauraki on all fours, doglike, on a strong chain and with a muzzle-guard. Mr Tamihere has made a public apology to his colleagues on national television. He was apologising for offensive remarks about his colleagues and also about the holocaust and gays that appeared in Investigate magazine after a lunch with editor Ian Wishart. The pair dispute whether the conversation was on or off the record.
