Description

A shearer in a wool shed shearing a sheep, using electric shears. There are two more shearers partially obscured in the background, with piles of shorn wool on the floor alongside the men. Photograph taken at the Mendip Hills sheep farm (owned by Andrew William Rutherford) by Albert Percy Godber in 1917.
