Vigors' sketch ("No. 7") provides a view of Government House, Auckland, showing fences and surrounding outbuildings, with Mt Eden in the distance.
Sketch has been fixed to an inserted page following p 16 in Vigors' journal of his voyage on HMS Havannah.
Lieutenant Philip Doyne Vigors was an officer with the 11th Regiment of Foot.
