Caption from Evening Post attached to back reads: New bathing facilities at Oriental Bay are almost ready for occupation, and have quite a pleasing appearance. The top of the building provides accommodation for sightseers and when the standards on the walls are equipped with lamps will add much to the vista. On right, a corner of the locker room providing a safe deposit box for clothing, etc.
