Note on back of file print reads: "Probably Taipo - not Jacksons" Nte on back of file print reads: "cf 1/2-095505 pencil sketch by N Chevalier of `The accomodation house...on the Taramakau...'. Looks to be the same building" The original owner of the accomodation house on the Taramakau was Robert Morris Roberts (1842-1921) who came to New Zealand in 1862 and was at Taramakau 1865-70.
