Private houses at Nos 18 and 22 Vera Street, Karori, Wellington. Plans for two town centres, one of which is the proposed town centre for Nae Nae, Lower Hutt. Plan for a state house and photos of a model of a high rise public housing apartment block. Various photos which include houses, drawings for house interiors, and three items of furniture dating from 1933.
Notes PAColl-5870-2-04 shows residential property owned by the architect Arthur Ward and his wife in 1941.
